Purchase wins gold on comeback

Zac Purchase won gold today in the lightweight men’s single scull final at the Lucerne World Cup finals.

The victory was comfortable and came, for the reigning World U23 champion, in his first major competitive race since coming back from an injury which disrupted much of his winter training.
