The Coupe de la Jeunesse Beach Sprints is a team competition in which all eight athletes will race in multiple events and boat classes. The programme comprises Junior Men’s and Women’s solos (CJM1x and CJW1x), double sculls (CJM2x and CJW2x) and mixed double sculls (CJMix2x).

All of these athletes have already been selected to represent GB at either the European or World Rowing Beach Sprint Championships so far this year.

Leah Saunders (Evesham RC) and Sol Chamberlain-Hyde (Lymington ARC) are the current World Champions in Junior Mixed Doubles (CJMix2x), and Saunders also won gold – in the Junior Women’s doubles (CJW2x) – at the inaugural Coupe de la Jeunesse Beach Sprints in 2023. Tom Walker (Christchurch RC) took bronze in the Under 19 Men’s solos (CJM1x) at the European Rowing Beach Sprint Championships in June.
