Key Changes from 2025
Following the inaugural British Rowing Junior and Senior Club Championships in 2024 (now called the British Rowing Club Championships), the Organising Committee has considered the feedback received from the rowing community and made some minor adjustments to the regatta programme. We are looking forward to seeing the senior entries continue to grow and have added additional boat classes to support this. The schedule of the events also allows more racing opportunities for the older juniors across the days.
Key changes:
- To continue to support the growth of the senior entries, we have added Club 2x (Open and Women), Beginner 1x (Open and Women) and Championship Lightweight 2- (Open and Women)
- All racing on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be over 2,000m, and on Monday over 1,000m
- J16 and J18 events are now spread across three days rather than two to allow more racing opportunities.
