Celebrate the Olympic Games with a Super Saturday on 4 August
London 2012’s Super Saturday is on August 4th. It’s a top day for Rowing – with the finals of the Men’s Four and Lightweight Double Sculls and Women’s Single and Lightweight Double Sculls – and 25 gold medals will be won in the Olympic Games, more than on any other day.
London 2012 is encouraging communities and sports club to take part in the Super Saturday celebrations. 15,000 Local Leaders have signed up so far, and they are planning BBQ’s and Olympic themed parties across the country.
