We are looking for part-time maternity cover for the Director of Membership & Rowing Community role to support the efficient and effective implementation of strategic plans including a new membership offer to ensure growth in new members, high levels of satisfaction among existing members, and the efficient and effective running of British Rowing’s Membership & Rowing Community Directorate with 8 members of staff.
