Hampton School – Rowing Coach

This position represents an outstanding opportunity for an outstanding Rowing Coach to join our dedicated rowing team at Hampton School.

The successful candidate will be highly motivated, enthusiastic and passionate about ensuring the best outcome for our rowers as we aspire to be one of the top rowing schools in the country. Ideally you will also hold British Rowing and RYA L2 Powerboat qualifications.

Hampton is one of the country’s foremost independent schools and our facilities on the Moseley stretch of the Thames are outstanding with a superb boathouse and impressive fleet of boats and a dedicated coaching team. Hampton has an extensive and thriving co-curricular programme and rowing is a very popular sport amongst our boys.

The School is committed to the principles of equal opportunity, diversity and inclusion and is rated ‘exceptional’ by the Independent Schools Inspectorate (ISI) for pupils’ achievements and learning. Inspectors also praised the School for fostering a culture “in which the individual matters and everyone’s contribution is valued.”

This is a full time fixed term position and a suitably attractive benefits package will be offered, including a salary commensurate with the appointed candidate’s skills and experience.

Further details about the post and an application form are available on the School website’s vacancies page.

Application forms to be sent to [email protected].

The School reserves the right to commence or complete the interview process at any time prior to the closing date.
