Paralympic Pathway Coach – GB Rowing Team

British Rowing is looking for a highly motivated rowing coach who is seeking a new challenge, enjoys problem solving and is a great team player, to work with our hugely successful Paralympic Programme.

The successful candidate will bring substantial experience of producing winning crews, a proven ability to develop individuals, whilst driving a team culture with elite performance behaviours.

The GB Rowing Team’s aim is to produce medal winning Para Rowing boats at the World Rowing Championships and Paralympic Games. This role is responsible for working with the Head Coach to deliver these results by developing and maintaining a talent stream to sustain this level of performance and coaching crews to medal success at World Championships level.

This a rare opportunity to be part of a highly successful performance programme, which topped the medal table at the Paralympic Games in Rio De Janeiro and Tokyo.

Experience of working with rowers with a disability is not a pre-requisite but an ability to think outside the box, take ownership of your work, build strong relationships and be driven by high standards is.
