Windsor Girls’ School Boat Club and Eton Excelsior Rowing Club – U19 Lead Rowing Coach

Windsor Girls’ School and Eton Excelsior Rowing Club are looking for a Full Time Lead Junior Coach who has the experience, knowledge and ambition to develop junior rowing across both boat clubs. The collaboration is already successfully established, and we are seeking an inspirational person to develop this further with a growing number of extraordinary keen young athletes.

The primary drivers of both programmes are to develop the opportunity for athletes to participate in the sport, and to increase performance outcomes for athletes at National level events, Henley Royal Regatta and the Great Britain rowing team, while also ensuring those who enjoy the sport also have extensive racing opportunities at local regattas, and appropriate events.
