Lady Eleanor Holles School – Senior Lead Rowing Coach
LEH are currently looking for a Senior Lead Rowing Coach to join the LEH Boat Club (LEHBC). The aim of the LEHBC is to provide a safe supportive environment, where girls of all ability levels can enjoy the sport of rowing and achieve their full potential.
This is a full-time role starting in September 2024 and you will be responsible for coaching the senior squad at LEHBC.
This squad is made up of highly committed rowers and you will be responsible for setting and implementing a full training programme, preparing crews to perform at the highest national level, and helping girls to achieve international selection.
Salary: £36,574-£37,947 per annum (dependent on experience)
