University of York Boat Club – Men’s Lead Coach

The University of York Boat Club is looking to appoint a Lead Men’s Coach for the 2024- 2025 academic year. This will primarily involve managing and creating our rowing program, coaching on the water, and collaborating with members of the student-led boat club.

The role includes creating a training program, coaching on the water for 3-4 sessions a week, and working with individual athletes aspiring to compete for GB.

The successful candidate will lead the design and delivery of a season program encompassing both water and land sessions, working with our squad captains and training coordinator to implement the program effectively. They will work with the current coaches and squad captains to oversee athlete performance and crew selections.
