Bob Kemlo – SERR Volunteer of the Year 2008

The South East Region’s nomination for Volunteer of the Year 2008 is Bob Kemlo.  Bob has been a member of the Regional Rowing Council in the past when he was a veteran commissioner for many years.

Now Bob is concentrating his energies on developing his own club, Medway Towns RC. He is working on the development plan for the new club building as well as overseeing most of the club’s activities. He works solidly behind the scenes helping to organise the events mentioned above.

Bob has been volunteering for over 20 years and also puts in a considerable amount of time to coaching at his club.
