City of Cambridge Rowing Club – Rowing Coach

City of Cambridge Rowing Club is looking for keen coaches who are looking to work with crews aiming for HRR/HWR qualification across various sections of the club (senior men, senior women, juniors).

Since covid, the club has been on an aggressive upwards trajectory, with key results including:

  • Regularly qualifying boats at HWR, in 2024 this was an aspirational quad that won a round and a dev 4+ that qualified
  • Consistent top 60 finishes at the mens and womens head of the river races
  • Junior crews making B and C finals at Nat Schools as well as representing the Eastern Region at the Junior Interregional Regatta
  • Multiple junior athletes looking to partake in British trials
  • 10 boats in the top division of Cambridge Town Bumps.

The club is therefore looking for aspiring or experienced coaches to help lead and deliver 2+ water sessions a week as part of a program that is designed to develop athletes, working with athletes of a caliber commensurate with your experience/ability..
