Vote for Sir Steve Redgrave in Dancing on Ice this Sunday!

The five-times Olympic Champion may be the oldest contestant in this year’s competition but is certainly learning some new tricks

Sir Steve, who is now 62, won gold at five consecutive Olympic Games from 1984 to 2000.

Today, he clearly still has the competitive drive that led him to so much international success. So perhaps his decision to take on the massive challenge of Dancing on Ice isn’t so surprising – even though he had to have skates specially made to fit his extra wide size 12 feet!

Dancing on Ice 2025 launched last Sunday when six of the 11 couples taking part showed off their initial routines. Sir Steve and his professional skating partner Vicky Ogden will be performing with the remaining contestants this Sunday on ITV1 at 6.30pm (and an hour later on ITV1+1).

The on-ice moves, the lifts and the sequin wearing are up to him and Vicky, but after that, GB’s most famous rower needs the rowing community’s help!

The voting window opens as soon as the final couple have skated and remains open for only 10 minutes, so get ready now! You need to register before you vote so head over to itv.com/vote now and click Log In – then enter your phone number and follow the process. Once you’ve registered, you get up to five free votes.
