Teams and Transitions
Our Teams and Transitions programme is responsible for providing high quality racing opportunities and experiences for individuals with the potential to develop as GB Olympic rowers of the future
This includes selecting and running our GB age group and development teams at Development/Under 23, Under 19, and J16, and supporting our England, Scotland and Wales Home Nations teams.
The Teams and Transitions programme is also designed to support aspiring Olympic rowers through the key transition points in their development, in particular advising and supporting them with their post-school/college options and their post-university choices, where applicable.
