Agecroft RC – Head Coach
Agecroft Rowing Club are looking for a full time Head Coach to develop existing senior & junior squads, and to increase participation in the sport via 3 introductory programmes.
Key elements of the role are:
- to develop the existing senior groups to build upon current performance at national events
- to develop the coaching team for all groups to extend entries and performance at regional & national events
- continue the development of Agecroft as the Regional Hub for British Rowing and as a high performance centre
- increase participation in the sport through Greater Manchester Youth Rowing, Learn to Row and the Go Row Indoors programmes
This is a full time role, based in Salford, Greater Manchester
