Post Covid, we have seen growth and success across our squads with crews finishing top 70 at WEHoRR and qualifying at HWR. We have also had significant success at a Masters level, with wins at Vets Head, Vets’ 4s and Henley Masters this year.

We are looking for a part time head coach to lead our Senior/Masters squad starting in September 2023. The coach will work with our members and captains to carry on the positive momentum that has been developed within the club.

Successful candidates will be required to:

  • Create both water and land programmes and do other required admin
  • Determine the squad’s focus and approach to the season

  • Select crews for training and racing
  • Stay up to date with all BR regulations and training guidelines
  • Accompany the club on their annual training camp (Apr/May dates tbc)

This is an exciting project for an experienced coach looking for a new project. The successful candidate should be someone who will share the clubs vision and support all squad members in reaching their maximum potential by offering a positive and enthusiastic environment for us to thrive in.
