British Rowing – Coaching Coordinator, GB Beach Sprint Team
📣 The Role
In the voluntary role of Coaching Coordinator, you will form part of the management committee responsible for the organisation of training, selection trials and competition preparation relating to the Great Britain Beach Sprints Team for the 2022 season. Your specific role will be to recruit, support and coordinate coaches involved within the Beach Sprints performance pathway.
👋 About You
We are looking for a dynamic Coaching Coordinator who is able to enthuse and inspire coaches to take part in the Beach Sprint format. You’ll be an effective communicator able to inspire and enable coaches to make sure trials and camps run effectively. Coordinating the volunteer coaches and assigning jobs for the day and supporting coaches with any assistance they need.

The position of Coaching Coordinator, GB Beach Sprint Team is a voluntary position. As part of our offer to you, you’ll be given British Rowing Coach membership and you’ll be supported through opportunities to gain experiential learning. For example, this may include joining British Rowing Coaches Question Time or access to other professional development. The role is voluntary, reasonable expenses will be covered by British Rowing.
