📣A bit about the role

This is a pivotal standalone role focused on connecting with new audiences and driving indoor rowing as part of a new fitness revolution. Inside Indoor is an all-inclusive indoor rowing website that seeks to give fitness fanatics everywhere the inside track on how to get the best out of indoor rowing at home or in the gym. With free and subscription options available Inside Indoor has something for everyone.

We want to demystify indoor rowing from giving consumers the how to learn essentials, through to a variety of live workouts, training plans and classes, reviews of the latest tech and machines available on the market as well as the opportunity to connect with others through our dedicated online community. Off the machine, nutritional advice and features help users make informed choices so they can fuel their bodies for maximum performance too.

👋 A bit about you

You will be customer focused and naturally analytical and have a proven track record in producing brilliant content that builds audiences and communities, preferably in the fitness or wellness industry. With a creative mindset and ability to think outside the box to develop innovative solutions in the simplest way possible, you will also have excellent organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Our passion is rowing in all of its forms. We are the governing body for rowing, responsible for supporting grassroots rowing in England and getting the GB Rowing Team ready for the Olympics, Paralympics, and other international competitions.
