GB Rowing Team – Performance Investment and Business Manager
The GB Rowing Team is seeking a savvy and experienced professional with impeccable integrity and a strong background in financial planning to join the team’s preparations for LA 2028 and Brisbane 2032.
A bit about the role
British Rowing’s Performance Directorate, Great Britain Rowing Team (GBRT), is responsible for the preparation and delivery of one of Britain’s most successful Olympic and Paralympic sports. In addition to balancing investment across multiple key areas such as workforce, training activity and equipment, this role will input to the smooth running of the team’s National Training Centre at the Redgrave-Pinsent Rowing Lake. The successful candidate will join in an exciting period of development for this invaluable facility, playing a part in ensuring the continued day to day running whilst preparing it to better support teams for
years to come.
Experience of procurement and a passion for problem solving in a fast paced environment are a pre-requisite for this role. The successful applicant will be relied upon as a source of sound advice and judgement to senior leadership and as such will have demonstrable experience of being part of a high performing senior management team.
