British Rowing – Team Manager, GB Beach Sprint Team
📣 The Role
In the voluntary role of Team Manager, you will form part of the management committee responsible for the organisation of training, selection trials and competition preparation relating to the Great Britain Beach Sprints Team.
👋 About You
We are looking for a dynamic Team manager to lead the management of the GB Beach Sprint Team. You’ll be an effective communicator able to inspire and enable both your team workforce and athletes to perform to the best of their potential at International Beach Sprint events.
Experience of Beach Sprints is desirable but not essential. However, knowledge and experience of managing a team in a high-performance environment is. You’ll be working alongside a Coach Coordinator and Volunteer Coordinator as well as British Rowing Staff to produce a competitive team for international events.
You’ll have excellent organisational skills, arranging and coordinating all the team’s requirements. Including accommodation, meals, transport, kit, and ensuring all British Rowing policies are followed.

The position of Team Manager, GB Beach Sprint Team is a voluntary position. As part of our offer to you, you’ll be given British Rowing Coach membership and you’ll be supported through opportunities to gain experiential learning. For example, this may include joining British Rowing Coaches Question Time or access to other professional development. The role is voluntary, reasonable expenses will be covered by British Rowing.
