If you are a dynamic and motivated Rowing Coach wanting to make a difference to people’s lives through sport, this is an exciting time to join the PE department at Cheltenham Ladies’ College.

As a Rowing Coach, you will support the delivery of the rowing programmes, competitions and camps to all pupils at College. Our ambition is for sport and physical activity programmes at College to have a life-long impact on our girls.

In return, we not only offer a stimulating work environment, but benefits such as subsidised membership of our Health and Fitness Centre. Experience of coaching school rowing or youth athletes is essential, alongside a Level 2 Rowing coach qualification or equivalent and the flexibility with hours to fulfil the needs of the programme.

For those candidates with skills in boat maintenance, there is the possibility of additional hours.
