Great Britain Rowing Team (GBRT) are seeking a Performance Programme Coordinator to support the delivery of team travel and logistical arrangements across the full breadth of its Programmes. The successful candidate will join GBRT’s Programme Support Team who underpin the team’s frontline activities with World Class support.
Working with the Performance Programme Manager – Team Travel, the selected candidate will make detailed travel arrangements to ensure our teams train and race to their full potential at events and competitions around the World. The role will have a particular focus on arrangements for the Olympic Pathway but will also be required to provide support to the senior Olympic and Paralympic Rowing squads travelling both domestically and overseas. Experience of group travel and exceptional attention to detail will be imperative to support our teams that can be in excess of 100 rowers and staff. Knowledge of reducing the environmental impact of travel and logistics arrangements will also be of benefit as GBRT develops and implements its sustainability plan.
As part of an outstanding team of Coordinators within the Programme Support Team, this role will also include other elements of successfully supporting team delivery for the Olympic and Paralympic Programmes and the emerging area of Beach Sprints.
