GB Rowing Team – Volunteer Drivers
For many years GB Rowing Team has been supported to attend training camps and competitions by individuals with a strong passion for rowing and a wish to help the teams perform. For various reasons a number of these people are no longer available and we are keen to bolster support in this area.
We are looking for expressions of interest from individuals with experience of towing trailers internationally who may be interested in being involved with the team’s activities leading up to Paris 2024 and even looking towards the LA 2028 cycle.
In many cases those assisting with the team’s trailering logistics have experienced time on the ground at camps and competitions, gaining an insight into the teams activities or even assisting within the boat park at major events.

For the 2023 Season, dates are likely to include:
European Rowing Championships (Bled, Slovenia)
- 21 – 23 May (Outbound)
- 28 – 30 May (Inbound)
World Rowing Championships (Belgrade, Serbia)
- 26 – 30 August (Outbound)
- 9 – 13 September (Inbound)
Application Dates: From Friday 27th January 2023 to Tuesday 28th February 2023
