Liverpool University Boat Club – Head Coach

The University of Liverpool is highly committed to sport and aims to raise the performance of our student teams competing in British Universities and Colleges Sports (BUCS) and other recognised sports competitions.

The University of Liverpool is offering an opportunity for a coach who is passionate about rowing and is seeking to continue our drive for excellence by working closely with the Rowing Club committee, GB Rowing, our in house Performance Services team and Sport Liverpool staff.

You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be committed to improving performance and developing rowing at all levels. You will have experience or empathy of working within a student environment. The University of Liverpool has had great success in recent years in the development of beginner rowers, with our learn to row programme being highly regarded within the sector.

The Rowing club gained Performance status in 2022 to assist in the development of this program and to create the next generation of Olympic Talent.
