Kingston Grammar School – Rowing Coach (10 hours per week)

We are looking to recruit an excellent Rowing Coach to coach on a fixed term contract for the 2024-2025 academic year.

The successful candidate will have energy and enthusiasm, be proactive and be able to control large groups of pupils. They will be able to develop excellent relationships with young rowers and must be able to coach in a positive, fun and creative way.

Commitment, passion, patience and persistence will be required. Candidates are expected to have a high level of rowing knowledge either as a coach or through their own experience as an athlete.

The hours of work are as follows: 10 hours per week, including Tuesdays and Saturdays. Exact hours to be agreed with the Director of Rowing.

Regattas as agreed with the Director of Rowing. The salary will be in the region of £20 per hour, dependent on skills, qualifications and experience.
