Kingston Grammar School – Rowing Coach – J14 and J15 Squads

We are looking to recruit an excellent Rowing Coach to coach our J14 & J15 squad during the 2024-2025 academic year. The role will also involve undertaking the administration for these year groups.

The successful candidate will have energy and enthusiasm, be proactive and be able to control large groups of pupils as well as the ability to complete administrative tasks diligently. They will be able to develop excellent relationships with young rowers and must be able to coach in a positive, fun and creative way.

Commitment, passion, patience and persistence will be required. Candidates are expected to have a high level of rowing knowledge and coaching experience.

The school has an impressive fleet of boats and a long history of success at both boys’ and girls’ levels as well as producing top internationals.

This role is offered on a fixed term contract for the 2024-2025 academic year. (September 2024 – August 2025).

Salary: Salary will be in the region of £25,000 per annum, pro rated for part time, dependent on skills, qualifications and experience.
