Marlow Rowing Club – High Performance Coach – Senior Women’s Squad
We are looking for a High Performance Coach to grow and develop our Senior Women’s squad to be one of the best in the country.
The post holder will have the leadership skills to manage a group of 30+ athletes and working collegiately with our outstanding coaching Junior, Senior and Masters coaching team to:
- Develop and deliver a training program, tailored to support athlete development and progression.
- Be responsible for adhering to and educating in clean sport and anti-doping rules.
- Develop and implement the overall Senior Women’s Squad strategy.
- Coach land and water-based training sessions.
- Assist in the rigging and maintenance of the fleet and organisation of the boat house.
- Assist in the organisation and logistics required for races and training camps.
- Assist in boat loading and trailer driving.
- Lead a team of volunteer coaches and help them to be the best coaches they can be.
- Work with the Captain, our professional and volunteer junior coaches to build a cross club approach.
- Work alongside effectively and communicate well with other squad coaches and leads.
