Reading Rowing Club – Director of Rowing
Reading Rowing Club was founded in 1867. It is a thriving and inclusive Club which caters for rowers of all ages and abilities and has over 300 members.
The current Clubhouse was completed and 1989 has recently been refurbished.
We have been increasing the level of coaching at the club and now seek to recruit a Director of Rowing to lead the coaching team.
This role is to support the club in delivering on its strategy to be an inclusive club.
The club is looking to support all athletes to achieve their objectives ranging from learning to row to competing at high level.
The right candidate will be someone who can manage and lead a team as well as doing some coaching.
