About Us
We are the governing body for rowing, responsible for supporting grassroots rowing in England and the selection of England and GB Teams ready for International Competition including the Olympics, Paralympics and others. The roles offer the opportunity to join the GB Beach Sprints Team at an exciting time for coastal sculling and the ‘Beach Sprints’ format. As the host nation of the recent 2022 World Rowing Beach Sprint Finals, it is our aim to use this event as a springboard to build a world leading Beach Sprints programme in the lead up to the 2026 Commonwealth Games, 2026 Youth Olympic Games and the potential inclusion into the 2028 Olympic programme. These roles will play a vital part in the successful development of the Beach Sprints format and the future success of the team.
