Sir William Borlases’s Grammar School – Assistant Director of Rowing

Sir William Borlase is excited to be seeking an Assistant Director of Rowing for an immediate start to support the delivery of our growing and successful rowing programme. The boat club rows from J13-J18 with boys and girls and currently has over 170 members.

The successful candidate will assist the Director of Rowing with the day to day running of the boat club. Coaching predominantly with the senior squads you will take a lead with either the senior boys or girls helping to develop crews to compete at the National Schools Regatta and Henley Royal Regatta.

This is an exciting new full time role and would suit someone keen to join and help develop one of the country’s top sculling programmes. With planning permission recently granted for a new boathouse this is an exciting time to join as we continue to grow and develop the boat club.
