Sir William Perkins’s School are looking to recruit an Assistant Junior Rowing Coach to join us as soon as possible. The Assistant Junior Coach will perform a supporting role in the successful and effective running and development of Sir William Perkins’s School Boat Club. They will support the J15 and J14 Lead Coaches when coaching the Junior Squads, and work under the Head Coach when at Senior Squad sessions.

There will be opportunities to develop your coaching by leading crews to both local and major national events, and the chance to be immersed in a developing school boat club with high-aims should be a major motivating factor. This is a full-time role, where you will be required to work as necessary to complete the job, including a considerable amount of ‘out of hours’, weekend, and holiday work.

If you have experience of coaching or rowing within a performance school or junior programme and would like to work in a collaborative and supportive environment with opportunities for personal growth and development, we would love to hear from you.
