Sir William Perkins’s School – J15 Lead Rowing Coach
Sir William Perkins’s School has a rich history of fostering talent and promoting the sport of rowing. We are committed to excellence, teamwork, and the personal growth of our athletes. We are looking to appoint a J15 Lead coach to perform a key role in the successful and effective running and development of Sir William Perkins’s School Boat Club.
You will work under the Head Coach and Head of Administration & Assistant Senior Coach to lead the J15 Squad in-line with the themes and aims of the Club as a whole. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your coaching by leading crews to both local and major national events targeting medal success, and the chance to be immersed in a developing school boat club with high-aims should be a major motivating factor. This is a full-time role, where the post-holder will be required to work as necessary to complete the job, including a considerable amount of ‘out of hours’, weekend, and holiday work.
If you are an experienced Rowing Coach with the ability to inspire and motivate students we would love to hear from you.
