As well as this, we have pupils aiming for junior international representation.

You will be required to plan and coach at all levels, playing a vital role in the delivery of the program objectives. You will be responsible for creating a program to achieve success at all local, domestic, and national levels, working across an exceptional team of coaching and teaching staff to ensure that input, involvement and engagement is of the utmost importance across all year groups.

You will exhibit a proven coaching record and will be capable of delivering high quality coaching to pupils of all abilities. Ideally, you will have performed or coached to a high standard and will possess a British Rowing Coaching Award Level 2/3.
