Twickenham Rowing Club – J16-J18 boys coach
We are looking for a qualified, ambitious individual to coach our older boys J16-J18. We are looking for someone who has experience working with juniors and either has, or is able to obtain, a clear DBS check. We are hoping to find someone who can bring unique experience and authenticity to a growing and hugely improving Junior squad.
Coaching hours:
- Monday-Friday 16:45-18:30
- Sunday 12:00-15:00
- Weekend availability for regattas and head races.
Responsibilities:
- Excecuting training programme provided by the head coach (Megan Slabbert).
- Engaging, educating and developing the athletes within the sport.
- A good understanding of safety, working with children and safeguarding.
- Writing crews for each session based off availability.
- Selection for races for the J16-J18 boys group.
- Upkeep and maintenance of equipment used within your group.
