Twickenham Rowing Club – Masters Men Coach
Twickenham Rowing Club is seeking a coach to lead our Masters Men’s Squad under the guidance of our Director of Rowing. As the coach, you will be responsible for designing and implementing the training programs, conducting both land and water sessions, and providing feedback to individuals and crews. You will select crews for training and competitions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver a structured training plan tailored to the needs of the Masters Men’s Squad.
- Lead two weekly coaching sessions either on water or land (conditions dependent):
– Wednesday evenings: 7:30 PM – 9:00 PM
– Sunday mornings: 7:30 AM – 9:00 AM
– Sessions times could be altered if required. - Collaborate closely with the Captain, Director of Rowing, and Squad Leader to ensure alignment with the club’s overall objectives.
- Provide ongoing feedback to squad members to help them achieve their personal and team goals.
