University of Leicester Boat Club – Rowing Coach

We are looking for an experienced Rowing Coach to join our Boat Club. The successful candidate will be responsible for coaching the senior squad’s training sessions.

Our senior squad rows out of the National Watersports Centre in Holme Pierrepont, both on the Regatta Lake and the River Trent.

The Applicant

We are looking for a passionate and experienced rower who will be committed to being an excellent role model for our students. You will have achieved a level 2 coaching qualification and be able to work effectively within a team as well as use your initiative.

Application Information

Hours of work: 2pm to 4pm Wednesday, 8.00am to 11am Saturday & Sunday. You may be asked to support additional Rowing fixtures throughout the year. Job share is available.

Working week: Term time only (33 weeks per annum)

Salary: Competitive rates based on experience starting from £15/hr

Anticipated Start Date: from January 2023
