University of Reading – Rowing Coach

We are searching for an enthusiastic, talented and experienced rowing coach to join Reading University Boat Club’s existing coaching team. You will assist the Director of Rowing to develop our highly successful sculling programme.

You will need the confidence to deal with rowers at all levels from novice to senior internationals.  Strong communication skills alongside excellent rowing knowledge and the ability to work well in a team are essential.

Enhancements to the rate of pay are added when you work unsociable hours in the week and at weekends.

Salary: £25,627 per annum
