University of York Boat Club – Women’s Lead Coach

The University of York Boat Club is looking to appoint a Lead Women’s Coach for the 2024- 2025 academic year. The role will primarily involve managing and creating our rowing program, coaching on the water, and collaborating with members of the student-led boat club.

We are looking to hire a Women’s Lead Coach to design and deliver a competitive season program encompassing water and land sessions. The coach will work with our squad captains and training coordinator to effectively implement the program.

Responsibilities include overseeing athlete performance and crew selections, coaching 3 to 4 sessions a week, as well as monitoring progress and training completion.
