Weybridge RC and Weyfarers RC – Part-time session coach

Weybridge RC and Weyfarers RC are looking for a qualified session coach.

We are looking for someone to coach to improve our experienced masters’ technical skills, as well as support teaching new adults to row on established Learn to Row courses (run independently by both clubs) and continue individuals development whilst they integrate into our race squads and recreational club.

We seek someone who has:

• Experience in Masters coaching
• British Rowing Coach membership
• experience in driving a launch.

Standard water sessions at Weybridge RC include Wednesdays and Fridays 07:00-08:30, Saturdays and Sundays 07:30-12:00, and Wednesday evenings ergo and/or water from 18:30. Session availability to be discussed with the Captain/VCs.

Coached water sessions at Weyfarers are Wednesdays and Fridays 10:00-11:30 but further sessions may be required during the better weather.

There may be an opportunity for private coaching from members from either club.

Salary: £25-£30 per hour depending on experience
