Wolfson College Boat Club – Assistant Rowing coach

Wolfson College Boat Club is looking for an Oxford-based rowing coach for our men’s side with novice and senior coaching experience.

1. Prior experience in rowing or coaching at novice and senior level.
2. Enthusiastic and willing to adapt to club culture.
3. Able to work collaboratively with the men’s captains and head coach.
4. Available for 3–5 outings per week (6:30–8 am / 7:45– 9:15 am / evenings).
5. Available for major Oxford regattas, including but not limited to the novice regatta, Torpids, and Summer Eights.
6. Desirable: available for coaching indoor (erg / weights).
7. Desirable: availability outside Oxford terms.

Salary: Dependent on experience

Type: Sessions from 6:30–8 am / 7:45– 9:15 am & potentially some evenings 5:30-7pm
