Yarm School – Rowing Coach

We are looking to recruit a passionate and knowledgeable female rowing coach into our rowing department with immediate effect.

This will be a 1 year fixed term position for a budding rowing coach looking for an exciting opportunity here at Yarm School.

Generally the role involves coaching games and activity sessions throughout the week and on Saturday mornings, with pupils from age 12 -18 years, with varying ranges of experience and skill level. The successful Rowing Coach will be expected to attend all entered competitions throughout the year as well as 3x week long training camps.

The successful candidate will be working directly with our new Head of Rowing who joins us from the USA, to ensure the smooth running of sessions, development of skills and continued success of Yarm School Boat Club.

The salary £16,000- £20,000 per year based on 40 weeks of work, will be subject to experience and candidate availability.
