To help you get set up on the British Rowing ClubHub Portal we’ve created a suite of support materials.

You’ll find below the basic set-up guides that will help all clubs to get started on the system. We’ll also share a set of enhanced guides with the clubs who register for full use of the ClubHub Portal.

Helpdesk

Finally, if you haven’t been able to find an answer to your question through any of the resources above, then you can access our helpdesk via the ClubHub Portal by clicking on the purple help button on the main menu. You can also email us at [email protected].

We have a team of dedicated staff who will be responding to queries during the hours of 10am to 4pm, Monday to Friday. Any enquiries outside of this time will be picked up as early as possible the following day.
